Well, I'm now back in Wellington and rather pleased with my new place. It appears to be 8 mins to Waiteata so I should be able to get to classes within 30 minutes walk. The new place does have some interesting quirks, such as no pantry, the desk doesn't have drawers and neither does my furnished room, hot water is a dream and oh how could I forget, 17 office chairs scattered throughout the house.
Today was spent catching up with the last of the Germans, Andi. We spent the whole afternoon just sitting in the sun and hanging out with his other flatmate, long time resident Katrina. Andi leaves on Saturday after finishing his masters. Boo for me.
I don't have internet at home, which bothers me more than the hot water to be honest, and I'm also out of credit on my SCS account, but thankfully Google is not counted so I can still access that. I'm also awesome and worked out you can use the mobile proxy to browse pages in the most ugliest fashion.
Superbowl tomorrow, I suppose I'll go down town and see if any bars are playing it. I'll let you know of my success.
