On the bad, after I eventually got hold of Mum on Mothers day she was at the accident and emergency center for a family friend. I guess she'll be ok, I hope so at least.
The other news was that shortly after another conversation in the evening my dog was hit by a motorist on the highway, leaving my dog to die of injuries and a wrecked car. Kind of sucks for the driver, I don't think he will be too happy having written off his car. It's just one of those things I guess. He was a really nice dog and will be missed.
Wish I took the time to take a decent photo of him, but it's all I have.
